I Can't Locate My Order — What Should I Do?Updated 5 hours ago

There are a few common reasons an order may not appear in your account, and most can be resolved in minutes. The steps below cover the most likely scenarios.


Make Sure You're Using the Right Email Address

The most common reason an order doesn't appear is a mismatched email address. Your order is linked to the email used at checkout — which may be different from the email you use to log in to your Codeage account.

Check your inbox for a Codeage order confirmation email and note which address it was sent to. Then log in using that same address at codeage.com/account/login.


Checked Out as a Guest?

If you placed your order without creating an account, your order will not appear in an account dashboard. You can still track your order using the confirmation email and tracking number sent to you at the time of purchase.

To view future orders in one place, you can create a Codeage account using the same email address used at checkout.


Did You Order on Amazon?

Orders placed on Amazon are managed through your Amazon account and will not appear on Codeage.com. To locate an Amazon order, log in to your Amazon account and check your order history there.
