Why Might My Supplement Look Slightly Different From My Previous Bottle?Updated an hour ago

Why appearance can vary between production lots?

Many Codeage formulas feature ingredients of natural origin — botanicals, collagen, organ-based ingredients, fermented compounds, and plant extracts. Like any ingredient sourced from nature, these raw materials can vary subtly from harvest to harvest and from batch to batch. As a result, two production lots of the same formula may show:

• A slightly lighter or darker powder color

• Subtle differences in capsule shade

• Small natural specks or tonal variation

This typically reflects the natural character of the ingredients rather than a change in the formulation. Each lot is produced to the same specifications listed on the label.

When the formulation itself changes

From time to time, a formula may be refined. When that happens, the update is always reflected on the product label and the product page. If the supplement facts on your new bottle match your previous one, the formula is the same even if the appearance differs slightly.

If you are unsure about what you received

We fully understand that an unexpected difference in appearance can raise questions. If you would like us to look at your specific bottle, you may send:

• A photo of the capsules or powder (ideally alongside your previous bottle)

• The lot number and expiration date printed on the container

Our team can review your batch to confirm all details.
