We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your subscription. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following guidelines for canceling your subscription and managing any shipments.
Cancel Before the Shipment Date
To avoid receiving your next subscription order, we kindly ask that you cancel at least one day before your scheduled shipment date. Once the shipment has been processed, it cannot be stopped. You can manage or cancel your subscription directly through your Codeage account.
If the Package Has Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped, you still have options:
1. Refuse the Delivery
If the package is still en route or arrives while you're home, you may refuse the delivery. The courier will return the package to us, and once we receive it, we will issue a refund.
2. Return to Courier If Left at Delivery Location
If the package is left at your door or mailbox and you were not available to refuse it, you can return it to the same courier who delivered it (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Be sure to:
Do not open the package.
Inform the courier that you are refusing the shipment.
Notify our support team once you’ve refused or returned the package.
This helps us track the return and expedite your refund.
