There is no breakdown of DAO, B vitamins, etc. Since this is real whole food from nature, it is not possible to have an accurate measure of the DOA content and B vitamins per serving.

We would recommend to start with 3 capsules 10 minutes before consuming histamine rich foods. You may increase to 6 as needed.
