To cancel your Subscribe & Save order, you will need to log into your Codeage account. If you did not create an account during checkout, you will need to create one to manage your subscription.
Important: Use the exact same email address that was used when the subscription was created. If a different email is used, your subscription will not appear in your account.
If you need to create an account, you can do so on our website. If you already have an account, simply sign in and navigate to “Manage Subscriptions.” From there, you can cancel your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time unless a shipment has already been processed. If a product has already shipped under your current subscription cycle, the cancellation will apply to the next scheduled delivery. Subscription orders shipped cannot be refunded.
