This guarantee allows you to try one product and request a refund within 30 days if you are not satisfied. The policy has specific conditions depending on whether the order is a single purchase or a Subscribe & Save order.
What the 30-day guarantee covers
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to:
• One item per customer
• One item per order
• One item per household
• Only regular-priced items
This guarantee is designed to let you try a single product and decide if it’s right for you.
Single-order purchases
If you buy multiple products in one order, the guarantee applies to one item only (you may choose which one).
If you order a pack or bundle, unopened items may be returned within 30 days. Opened items within a bundle are handled according to the price-difference rules described in our full policy.
Sale items, promotional items, and free items are not eligible for refunds.
Subscribe & Save orders
The guarantee applies only to the first order of a subscription, and only to one item from that first order.
Future subscription shipments are not refundable after the initial 30 days, but you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next shipment.
Sale items, bundled promotions, or discounted items within a subscription are not covered.
