Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received: What You Can Do

It can be confusing when a carrier’s tracking system (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other local couriers) shows your package as “delivered,” yet nothing has arrived at your door. In some cases, carriers scan packages as delivered before they begin their route, which can cause the tracking status to update prematurely.

Why This Might Happen

Some delivery drivers scan multiple packages at once before starting their route. When this occurs, the tracking page may show “delivered” even though the package is still in transit and has not yet reached your location.

What You Should Do

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t been received, here are a few steps you can take:

  • Check around your property: Delivery drivers sometimes leave packages in discreet or protected areas such as behind planters, near side doors, or inside porches.
  • Ask neighbors: A nearby address may have received your package by mistake.
  • Allow additional time: In many cases, the package arrives within 24–48 hours after the initial delivery scan.
  • Contact us if the package does not arrive: If you still haven’t received your order after waiting, reach out and we can look into it. We will help investigate the issue with the appropriate carrier.
