What should I do if my Subscribe & Save item is backordered or out of stock?Updated 13 days ago

Our Codeage team seeks to always keep items in stock in our online store and available but occasionally we have a higher volume of orders than expected and run out of stock. The manufacturing and shipping team is always working very hard to get your items back in stock. 

In the meantime, you can swap your product for another one in stock which is similar and has a different flavor, remove the product from this month's order, or we can ship the remainder of your order now and send your out-of-stock item the moment it is available.
