Before each shipment of your subscribe & save order you will receive an e-mail with the e-mail used when subscribing. The e-mail will give you detailed information about your order. The e-mail will be sent out 3 days before the shipment is sent out to you.
You can also login to your account when you click here. Once you have accessed your account, you can then click on "Manage your subscriptions here". It will tell you the status of your subscription and give you the opportunity to pause or cancel your subscription. You can only do so if the shipment has not be sent out.
