Nature has lots of variabilities!

Have you ever noticed how egg color in pastured/small farm eggs range from light tan to dark brown? The same goes for grass-fed, pasture-raised organ meat!

Organ color is influenced by many factors such as the age of the animal, the species, sex, diet, and even the exercise it gets to name a few. In nature, the color of organ meat can vary greatly from a light tan to a dark brown color depending on the organ.

The natural properties of the ingredients mean we will always and SHOULD have variability within lots when it comes to the cold processed beef organs. This can lead to a lighter-colored product appearance or a darker-colored product appearance in the capsules.

These color variations should actually give you more confidence just like the color variation when buying a carton of pastured/small farm eggs.
